WomenHeart’s mission is to improve the lives of women with or at risk for heart disease, while fighting for equity in heart health. WomenHeart believes that education, support and training enable women to take charge of their heart health and advocate for other women.
CardioSmart is the patient engagement program brought to you by the American College of Cardiology. Their mission is to support the patient and clinician partnership to personalize care.
