Dr. Esther Hong is a highly regarded general Dermatologist with a breadth of experience across Sydney.

She is a Senior Lecturer at Sydney University Medical School and a Staff Specialist Dermatologist at Royal North Shore Hospital in St Leonards. Dr Hong has her private practice at St George Dermatology in Kogarah where she is involved in running clinical trials.

Dr. Hong is experienced in skin cancer detection and treatment, psoriasis, eczema, and acne. She has a special interest in pediatric and vulval skin conditions.

She is the current State Director of Training for the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is also on the Expert Advisory Committee for the ACD. Dr. Hong has previously been on the Editorial Board for the Australasian Journal of Dermatology and has published widely in medical journals. She has also been a member of the Northern Sydney Health District Human Research Ethics Committee.

She is a graduate with honours of the Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney and holds a Master’s Degree in dermatology research.
