Moderate Plaque Psoriasis – Research Trial (24 Weeks)

Adults aged 18-75 years with a documented diagnosis of plaque psoriasis (disease duration of at least 6 months) are needed for this clinical research trial.  Eligible participants must have moderate plaque psoriasis involving 5-20% of the body surface area (BSA) at screening and baseline.  A body mass index of 18-35 kg/m2 inclusive, is also required.

Participants will receive investigational oral treatment (active study drug) or placebo during the treatment period.  Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost.  Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 24 weeks and involve about 8 visits to the study centre.
