Clinical Trial for Plaque Psoriasis (20 Weeks)


Treatment: Oral Age: 18-70 Years


Recruiting adults who are 18 to 70 years of age, inclusive with a clinical diagnosis of plaque psoriasis for 6 months or more, to participate in a clinical research trial.  Must have stable moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis (assessed at the Screening and Baseline visits).  Other eligibility criteria apply.

Participants will receive investigational oral treatment (active study drug) or placebo, in tablet form.  Study treatment and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost.  Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 20 weeks and involve about 8 visits to the study centre.
