Clinical Trial for Eczema (34 Weeks)


Treatment: Topical Age: 18 Years


Who Can Participate?

Adults aged 18 and above diagnosed with eczema may participate.

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosis of eczema, for at least 2 years
  • Have eczema on at least 10% of your body surface area, excluding the scalp*
  • Have a documented recent history (within 12 months) of inadequate response or intolerance to TCSs and TCIs

* 1% of your body surface area is roughly equal to the palm of your hand (no wrists or fingers).

Study Description

  • Brief Summary:

    This study is being conducted to establish the efficacy of ruxolitinib cream in participants with moderate AD who had an inadequate response to, or are intolerant to, or contraindicated to topical corticosteroid (TCS)s and topical calcineurin inhibitor (TCI)s.
