Adults aged 18 years or older with a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for 12 months or more and a weight of 50 to 180 kg are needed for this clinical research trial. Eligible participants must have moderate to severe disease with plaques covering 10% or more of the body surface area (BSA).
Participants will receive investigational doses of treatment (active study drug) or placebo, via an injection form. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.
Study participation will last about 41 weeks and involve about 11 visits to the study center.
