Topical Plaque Psoriasis Research Study (20 Weeks)

Adults aged 18-75 years old with a diagnosis of chronic plaque psoriasis and stable disease for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have psoriasis involving 3-20% of their body. Mild to severe disease severity must be present at the time of study entry.

Participants will receive investigational topical medication (active study drug) or placebo. Non-medicated emollients (moisturizers) may be used on non-lesional skin during participation. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 20 weeks and involve about 7 visits to the study centre, plus 2 visits which will occur by phone.
