Squamous Cell Carcinoma Study

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of an investigational topical cream compared with a placebo (inactive substance) in patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma in situ (SCCis).

Men and women who have received a clinical diagnosis of cutaneous SCCis within 30 days and are aged 18 to 90 may qualify to receive study drug at no cost. There is no cost to participate, and participants will be reimbursed for travel related expenses.

Participants will be asked to visit the study centre about 9 times over a period of about 22 weeks.
