Research Trial for Prurigo Nodularis (36 Weeks)

Adults aged 18 years or older with a clinical diagnosis of prurigo nodularis (PN) for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe PN, with lesions on the upper limbs, trunk, and/or lower limbs. Eligible participants must also have at least 20 nodules on the entire body with a bilateral distribution, and severe pruritus (itch).

Participants will take investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via injection. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 36 weeks and involve about 9 visits to the study centre.
