Research Trial for Children with Atopic Dermatitis (61 Weeks)

Eligible participants are children from age 2 to under 12, with atopic dermatitis (AD) lasting for at least 3 months. Children must have mild to moderate disease severity with involvement of 3-20% of their body surface area. At least one target lesion must be present. The study’s purpose is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a topical cream therapy.

Participants will receive investigational topical medication (active study drug) or placebo, in cream form. Those who continue into the long-term safety period and were previously assigned placebo, will then receive active study drug. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

The anticipated duration of study participation is about 61 weeks and involves about 17 visits to the study centre.
