Research Trial for Atopic Dermatitis (24 Weeks)

Adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older with a history of atopic dermatitis (AD) for at least 1 year, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe AD with involvement of 10% or more body surface area. Must also have a recent history of poor response to topical AD treatment, or for whom topical treatments are otherwise medically inadvisable. Looking for individuals able and willing to self-administer study medication. Individuals will use an emollient twice daily throughout the trial.

All participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) through self-injection. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last about 24 weeks and involve about 11 visits to the study centre.
