Research Study for Atopic Dermatitis (Injection)

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years or older with chronic eczema (atopic dermatitis) documented for at least 2 years, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe disease with pruritus (itch), involving 10% of their body surface area. A history of inadequate response to treatment with topical medications (topical corticosteroids with or without topical calcineurin inhibitors) is also required.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo via injection.  Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will be provided.

Length of study participation will vary per person as well as the number of visits to the study centre.
