Research Study for Adults with Atopic Dermatitis (40 Weeks)

Male and female adults aged 18 years or older with atopic dermatitis (AD) for at least 1 year, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe AD with involvement of 10% or more body surface area. A history of poor response to treatment for AD with topical medications or for whom topical treatments are otherwise medically inadvisable, is also required.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug), a comparator medication, or placebo via subcutaneous injection. At Week 16, those who previously received placebo will then receive active study drug. Study medication and study-related procedures will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 40 weeks and involve about 35 visits to the study centre.
