Prurigo Nodularis Research Study (20 Weeks)

Adults aged 18-75 years old with a diagnosis of prurigo nodularis (which can be confirmed during the screening period) and duration of the condition lasting for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have at least 10 nodules (hard lumps) that are very itchy, present on at least 2 different areas of the body. The nodules should be about 0.5 to 2 cm in size.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via injection. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will be provided.

Study participation will last about 20 weeks and involve up to 13 visits to the study centre.
