Plaque Psoriasis Research Study (Injection)

Male and female adults aged 18 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, may be eligible to participate. Individuals must have been on stable treatment with a biologic for a minimum of 12 weeks, and not have achieved

adequate therapeutic response, as per the study doctor’s judgment. Completion of study questionnaires will be required.

Participants will receive approved drug (brodalumab) via injection, at no cost. Individuals must enroll in the patient support program (PSP) for the drug, prior to enrolling in the study. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will be provided.

Study participation will last about 30 weeks and involve about 7 visits to the study centre.
