Plaque Psoriasis Research Study 2 (14 Weeks)

Adolescents and adults 12 years of age or older with a clinical diagnosis of plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have mild to severe disease severity. Plaque psoriasis located on the face, limbs, trunk and/or skin folds involving at least 2% of the body surface area (i.e. 2 hand-sized patches) is required.

Participants will receive investigational cream (active study drug) or placebo. Investigational medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last about 14 weeks and involve about 7 visits to the study centre.
