Palmoplantar Pustulosis Research Study (28 Weeks)

Adults aged 18-70 years old with at least moderate palmoplantar pustulosis on their palms and/or soles, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have a 6-month duration of the condition, without responding to an adequate course of topical therapy. Individuals with or without a history of plaque psoriasis can be included. Treatment with bland emollients (containing no active ingredients) will be permitted throughout the study.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via injection. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 28 weeks and involve about 14 visits to the study centre, plus 4 visits which will occur by phone.
