Moderate to Severe Psoriasis Study for Youth

Youth 6 to 17 years of age who have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, may qualify to receive study medication. Participants must have a body weight of 20 kg or more, and moderate to severe disease at the time of study entry.

Eligible particpants will receive investigational oral medication (active drug) or placebo during the first phase of the study, followed by active drug during the extension phase. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Participation will last up to 71 weeks and include about 19 visits to the study centre.
