Masseter Muscle Prominence Research Study (18 Months)

Adults aged 18 years or older with masseter muscle prominence (square lower facial shape), may qualify to participate. Individuals must have severe or very severe masseter muscle prominence as assessed by the study doctor. Participants will also be asked to assess the severity of their wide lower face, themselves. A body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 30 kg/m2 is required.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via injection. During Period 2, participants may receive treatment with active study drug, if they meet specific re-treatment criteria. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 18 months and involve up to 20 visits to the study centre.
