Investigational Research Trial for Plaque Psoriasis (57 Weeks)

Adults aged 18 years or older with a diagnosis of chronic plaque psoriasis (with or without psoriatic arthritis) for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have stable moderate chronic plaque psoriasis, with involvement of 10-15% body surface area. Psoriasis must be inadequately controlled by topicals, phototherapy and/or systemic treatments.

Participants will receive one of two psoriasis medications (either via subcutaneous injection OR orally). Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.

Study participation will last about 57 weeks and involve about 10 visits to the study centre. A safety follow-up phone call will occur sometime after the last dose of study drug (20 weeks or 4 weeks depending on the assigned treatment).
