Eczema Trial Testing Topical Medication

Adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older with a history of eczema (atopic dermatitis) for at least 6 months, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have mild to moderate disease, involving at least 2% of their body surface area. Disease must be stable for the 4 weeks prior to screening, with no significant flares in atopic dermatitis.

Participants will receive investigational cream (active study drug) or placebo during the treatment period. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last about 8 weeks and involve about 5 visits to the study centre.
