Eczema Research Study for Adults (65 Weeks)

Adults aged 18 years or older with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema), may qualify to participate. Individuals must have a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis for at least 12 months. Individuals must also have eczema on at least 10% of their body. A documented history (within 6 months) of inadequate response to existing topical medications OR a history of intolerance to topical therapy is required.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo via injection, during the research study. There is also a requirement to use a moisturizing cream (emollient) every day during the treatment period. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last up to 65 weeks and involve about 18 visits to the study centre.
