Atopic Dermatitis Research Trial (64 Weeks)

Adolescents and adults aged 12 years or older with a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (AD), may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe AD, and experienced a lack of response or intolerance to topical medications. AD involvement of 10% or more body surface area is required prior to study entry. Must be willing and able to complete PRO (Patient Reported Outcome) assessments during the study, using a handheld device.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via subcutaneous injection. Study medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last about 64 weeks and involve about 16 visits to the study centre.
