People who have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) for at least 12 months and are aged 18 and older may qualify to receive investigational medication at no cost throughout
the research study. There is no cost to participate, and participants will be reimbursed for travel related expenses.

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be struggling to control their atopic eczema despite topical (applied to the skin) treatment.
  • Have at least 10% of their body surface area covered in eczema (10 palm sized patches).
  • Not have received treatment with oral JAK inhibitors (e.g., tofacitinib, ruxolitinib) in the last 4 weeks.

Participants will be asked to visit the study clinic about 16 times over a period of about 113 weeks.
