Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Research Trial (25 Weeks)

Adults of legal age or older with a clinical diagnosis of chronic atopic dermatitis (AD) present for at least 3 years, may qualify to participate. Individuals must have moderate to severe disease, affecting 10% or more body surface area. A history of inadequate response to a stable (≥ 1 month) regimen of topical corticosteroids or calcineurin inhibitors as treatment for AD within 3 months before the screening visit, is also required.

Participants will receive investigational medication (active study drug) or placebo, via subcutaneous injection. Investigational medication and study-related care will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses will also be provided.

Study participation will last about 25 weeks and involve about 23 visits to the study centre.
